A full product ecosystem built end-to-end: the user-facing web platform, a CMS for content and app configuration, an analytics admin panel and a cross-platform mobile app — plus a 20% performance gain from database optimization.
At Altermeliora I worked across the whole product surface — front end, back end, architecture and deployment — working closely with designers and product managers to deliver a robust, scalable platform.
Four products, one consistent architecture: the web app for end users, a CMS that lets the team change content and app configuration without releases, an internal admin panel for operations and analytics, and a cross-platform mobile app.
